FBC Life Center is a positive, family-oriented workout facility for the community! We offer an indoor walking track, basketball court, fitness rooms & classes.
Renovations in 2018 include a full weight room along with restrooms and a new children's watch area. Also new is a large aerobic classroom.
New equipment includes free weights and easy to use cardio machines. All of this is added to the current full gymnasium and spin room.

A men's group fitness class that is designed to pull guys into closer fellowship through a high-intensity workout. No boring routine. Weights, sleds, ropes, racks and much more . . .
Mondays/Tuesdays/Thursdays (Free) 5:30 - 6:15 PM
This is not the “high-intensity type,” no worries. Every time you ride a Spinner bike find your comfort zone and make the experience your own. Get encouraged to meet new goals and challenge yourself.
Tuesdays/Thursdays - 8:00 - 9:00 a.m.
Walkie-Talkie Club - come meet new people, be encouraged and get fit. No cell phones! Just face to face conversations meant to build up the body of Christ. Call or stop by the Life Center to sign up.
Wednesdays, Fridays at Noon.
A cross training style class to work the entire body. Functional movements done at a high intensity. Body weight and lifts are scalable to match all fitness levels.
HeaLTH FOR LIFE
Mondays / Wednesdays / Fridays - 10:00-11:00 a.m.
This class uses gentle range of motion exercises that are suitable for all fitness levels. It helps keep joints and muscles flexible, helps you sleep better, increases your energy, and improves your overall
outlook on life!
Nothing intense or complicated. There will be various low impact moves to work your entire body.

Get your heart pumping in the morning! This women's fitness class is aimed to foster fellowship while incorporating cardio and strength training. It’s a great way

You will build core strength, flexibility, and balance to the flow of worship music.You will move slowly and fluidly from one movement to the next, giving you tools to sail through the
stressors of life.

A women's fitness class using a combination of movements. If you want to improve your posture, increase core strength, become more flexible, improve muscle tone, or just break up the monotony of your normal gym routine, you should definitely give barre a try.
